The OCTG steel pipe external derusting machine is specially developed for the surface derusting treatment of φ48-φ508mm oil and gas steel pipes (casing, tubing, drill pipes). Its core function is to remove rust, oxide scale and impurities on the external surface of steel pipes, providing a clean and activated surface base for subsequent anti-corrosion processes (such as oiling, painting). It integrates automatic feeding, derusting, dust collection and other functions, ensuring derusting efficiency and quality, and meeting environmental protection requirements. It is suitable for a production capacity of 300-2000 pieces per single shift.
