2. Intelligent Temperature-controlled Heat Treatment Unit

Integrated with a segmented heating and cooling system, the process curve is debugged and optimized by Shanghai Xiwu's technical team to ensure material uniformity of couplings. This significantly improves the product's tensile strength, torsion resistance and corrosion resistance, enabling it to easily pass the sulfide stress cracking test.

3. Automated Testing Closed Loop

Configured with multiple testing equipment including hydraulic testing, ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic particle testing, non-conforming products are automatically rejected and process parameters are fed back in real time.
